Confident Search Consultants is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for an on-site role in Cayuga, NY. Join an established rehabilitation team in a beautiful Finger Lakes region and provide high-quality care in a busy outpatient clinic.

The position offers a full-time schedule with day shifts, competitive salary based on experience, and an excellent benefits package including relocation assistance.

Formación

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license in the state.
• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently and up to 150 pounds with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic treatments including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team for patient-centered care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
