VillageMD is seeking a Phlebotomist to support satellite labs within the region. You will draw blood cultures, process specimens, and assist with home specimen collection to ensure accurate results.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years phlebotomy experience, and phlebotomy certification (NHA) preferred. Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend rotation; travel to satellite locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years phlebotomy experience required; drug screen collection preferred.
• Phlebotomy Technician Certification through NHA preferred; CLA Certificate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Draw blood cultures using aseptic technique.
• Process Stat specimens per SOP.
• Collect home specimens for urine/stool with proper instructions.
• Administers and collects H. pylori breath test.
• Handle orders for minors with proper documentation.
• Monitor inventory and replenish supplies in phlebotomy area.
• Use LIS for applicable duties and adapt to emergencies.
