Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years healthcare experience.
• At least two years customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Three years of automated scheduling in physician office preferred.
• Experience with Epic EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage patient registration.
• Answer billing inquiries and assist with MyChart support.
