Job summary

Marshall Medical Center is seeking a Patient Representative 3 to support the TCW Physical Rehab Services in EDH. This role focuses on scheduling appointments, patient registration, billing inquiries, and MyChart support, under supervision of the Practice Director/Supervisor.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 2+ years in healthcare and 2+ years in customer service, with preferred Epic EMR and scheduling experience in a multi-provider setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level duties or higher not required; High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years healthcare experience required (Vision, Dental and Veterinary accepted).
• 2 years customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• 3 years scheduling in physician offices preferred; multi-provider experience desired.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate clinic calendars.
• Register patients and manage admissions-related tasks.
• Answer billing inquiries and support patient billing communications.
• Provide MyChart support and assist in coordinating care with providers.
