Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker in Florida. Earn up to $85,500 yearly with experience and certifications; a $2,400 orientation stipend is offered. Most sessions are in-person with some telehealth options, and you will work within Chrysalis Health’s supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs and to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.
• Ability to document therapy services in an electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
• We welcome candidates with licenses such as LMHC, LCSW or LMFT and value professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community with some telehealth options; no office requirement.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other professionals.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other providers.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues.
• Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients of their care.
