Job summary

Chrysalis Health in Florida is seeking a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to provide individual and family therapy across ages. Most sessions are in-person with telehealth options available, and you will work with a diverse client population in community settings.

This role offers up to $85,500 annually based on experience and credentials, plus a $2,400 orientation stipend.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.
• Licensure or path to licensure in Florida preferred; Creole ability is a plus.
• Ability to provide services in community settings and via telehealth when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose mental health needs across age groups and diverse populations.
• Document screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver therapy services in community settings with some telehealth options.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians and school counselors for holistic care.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to clients and families.
• Provide individual and family therapy addressing coping skills and stress.
• Advocate for client access to community resources.
