Chrysalis Health seeks a Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker in Florida. Earn up to $85,500 per year, with a $2,400 orientation stipend.

Most sessions are in-person with some telehealth options, and you will provide individual and family therapy to diverse clients across age groups. Qualifications

• Must reside in Florida
• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, MFT, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs; services in homes, schools and community settings
• Ability to document therapy services in EMR
• Curricula must include core psychology and counseling topics as listed in the ad

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine mental health needs for clients across ages and diagnoses
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals
• Deliver in-person or telehealth services in the community
• Use evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other professionals
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients and families
