Chrysalis Health seeks a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to join our Florida team. Most sessions are in-person with some telehealth options, serving diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults and families.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida and be Florida Registered Intern Eligible.
• Experience and certifications may enhance eligibility, including secondary languages.
• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community, with some telehealth options; no mandatory office visits.
• Collaborate with caregivers and health professionals to ensure optimal client care.
• Advocate for client access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients and families.
