Chrysalis Health is seeking a Master's level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to join our behavioral health team in Florida. Most sessions are in-person with telehealth options, offering flexible scheduling and a strong support structure.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to document therapy services in EMR systems.
• Flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver in-person services with telehealth options as available.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and school staff to coordinate care.
