Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to provide individual and family therapy in Florida. Most sessions are in-person with telehealth options for convenience.

Earn up to $85,500 annually based on experience, certifications, and secondary languages, plus a $2,400 orientation stipend. We offer robust clinical supervision, growth opportunities, and a diverse caseload across children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida and hold a Mental Health Registered Intern Licensure.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client needs and to provide services in client homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across age groups.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals; document findings clearly.
• Deliver services in the community with some telehealth options for flexibility.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes for clients.
• Coordinate resources and collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and school counselors.

Education
