Chrysalis Health in Florida seeks a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker to provide individual and family therapy across ages. Most sessions are in-person with telehealth options, and clinicians are supported by a dedicated Clinical Manager.

Earn up to $85,500 annually, with an orientation stipend of $2,400, flexible hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid CEU opportunities.

• Must reside within Florida and hold a relevant Master’s degree.
• Ability to document therapy services in EMR.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with flexible hours.

Mansioni

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community with in-person sessions and some telehealth.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes.
• Identify resource requirements to meet identified needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other professionals.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and professionals.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy for psycho-social issues.
