Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to join its Florida team. Most sessions are in-person with some telehealth options, offering training, supervision, and a generous benefits package.

Earn up to $79,170 with a $2,400 orientation training allowance and uncapped income potential via service hours. Flexible hours, PTO, health and dental coverage, 401k, CEU subsidies, and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to document therapy services in an EMR platform.
• Compassionate, engaging, and strong desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Provide individual and family therapy; some sessions may be telehealth.
• Collaborate with caregivers and professionals to ensure optimal care.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients and families.
