Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker in Florida. Most sessions are in-person with some telehealth options; flexible hours support personal and professional balance for clinicians.

You will provide individual and family therapy to diverse populations, with mentorship and supervision opportunities. Earn up to $85,500 annually plus a $2,400 orientation stipend and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs, and provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.
• Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to document therapy services in an EMR platform.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an array of patient ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.
• Deliver services to clients in the community; no office requirement.
• Utilize evidenced-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues such as coping skills and stress reduction.
