Summit Health is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist for our Outpatient Lab in Florham Park, NJ. The role requires drawing blood using aseptic technique, processing specimens, and managing specimens and paperwork for the LIS system.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of phlebotomy experience, knowledge of HIPAA and lab procedures, and the ability to adapt to a busy, multi-site environment. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday coverage.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy Technician Certification through NHA preferred.
• CLA certificate preferred.

Aufgaben

• Uses aseptic technique to draw blood cultures.
• Processes Stat specimens per SOP.
• Prepares collection containers with preservatives for home collection.
• Collects COC Urine Drug Screens and handles labeling.
