Job summary

Henderson Group in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Physician specialized in Infectious Disease for our outpatient facility. This on-site, direct-hire role involves managing a daily patient load with no nights or weekends, in a mission-driven healthcare setting.

The selected physician will hold an MD or DO with an active medical license, be board certified in infectious disease or have relevant experience, and operate under a comprehensive benefits package with bonuses and relocation support if

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active license in the relevant state.
• Board certification in infectious disease preferred.
• Must have valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality outpatient care without night or weekend shifts.
• Manage patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and maintain productivity.
• Document visits same day or within 72 hours with accurate coding.
• Collaborate with care team and supervise mid-level providers.
• Participate in after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
