SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking an Infectious Disease physician for an outpatient facility in St. Augustine, FL.

This role emphasizes comprehensive care with no nights or weekends, joining a mission-driven team dedicated to the local community. The physician will manage 14–18 patients daily in a setting with a full staffing support, performing primary care for chronic and acute conditions and supervising mid-level providers.

Qualifications

• Must hold an MD or DO with current license in the state.
• Must have a valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Must have active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity targets.
• Document within 72 hours, including accurate E/M codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Collaborate with front desk and nursing staff for urgent care and walk-ins.
• Review test results promptly and manage prescriptions within 72 hours.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Full-time physicians receive 4 hours of protected administrative time weekly.
