Job summary

Hire Consulting Services is seeking a Physician specialized in Infectious Disease for our outpatient clinic in St. Augustine, FL. The position is direct hire and on-site, with an emphasis on outpatient care and no night or weekend shifts.

The successful candidate will manage 14–18 patient visits per day, hold an active MD/DO license with DEA and Furnishing License, and participate in a comprehensive compensation package including base salary, bonuses, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality outpatient care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Complete documentation on the day of visit or within 72 hours with accurate E/M billing codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic conditions and acute issues.
• Supervise mid-level providers and perform chart reviews as required.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage.
• Full-time physicians receive 4 hours of protected administrative time per week per policy.
