Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease physician for our outpatient facility in St. Augustine, FL. Join a mission-driven team delivering patient-centered care in a fully staffed clinic.

The role focuses on outpatient Infectious Disease capabilities, with no nights or weekends and on-site work. Candidates must hold an MD or DO with active license, valid DEA and Furnishing licenses, and a track record in outpatient care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with active medical license.
• Board certification preferred.
• DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet targets.
• Document same day or within 72 hours with accurate E/M codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff.
• Review reports, imaging, and labs promptly.
