Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care for assigned dialysis patients.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide patient education on treatment options and care.
• Supervise Patient Care Technicians/LPNs/LVNs/RNs as Team Leader.
• Administer medications as prescribed and handle emergencies.
