Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse CAP1 for outpatient nephrology care. You will perform nursing duties, coordinate patient plans, and participate in quality improvement efforts within the clinical advancement program.

You will document assessments, support patient education, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe hemodialysis delivery and care transitions. RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in the state.
• Education from an accredited school of nursing.
• CPR/BLS certification on file.

Responsabilités

• Assess and coordinate care for assigned patients under supervision.
• Document data collection and modify care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and modality options.
• Assist with medication administration and emergency response as needed.
