Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
• Current CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients undergoing hemodialysis.
• Administer prescribed medications and document justification.
• Collaborate with the health care team to implement treatment plans.
• Provide patient/family education and support.
• Assist and participate in quality improvement activities.
