Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from patients and staff; triage as needed.

• Verify health insurance information; collect payments and document data.
• Enter service charges and diagnostic codes; record physician/clinic charges.
• Coordinate information with Central Billing Office to ensure charges are captured.
