Responsibilities

• Handle telephone calls from patients and staff; triage as needed.
• Perform receptionist duties with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Verify health insurance details; collect payments and educate patients on regulations.
• Enter service charges and diagnostic codes; record physician/clinic charges.
• Coordinate information with Central Billing Office to ensure charges are captured.
