Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP program. You will coordinate and deliver clinically competent care, participate in education, and support the dialysis team in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include patient data collection, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe hemodialysis delivery and adherence to protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform dialysis-related assessments and document patient data.
• Coordinate care with RN team and patient care staff.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education on treatment options.
• Identify and respond to emergencies during dialysis.
• Ensure accurate lab collection and processing as needed.
