Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group undergoing hemodialysis.

You will work under supervision, perform data collection and documentation, adjust treatment plans as needed, educate patients and families, and contribute to safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the dialysis unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care for assigned patients undergoing dialysis.
• Coordinate with the care team and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Document patient data and treatment responses in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment options.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in quality improvement activities.
