Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• State license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential functions under supervision of Supervisor and guidance from Clinical Educator or Preceptor.
• Assesses and analyzes patient data around hemodialysis and updates the care plan.
• Directs safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy with care staff.
• Administers medications as prescribed and documents effectiveness.
• Participates in education and quality improvement activities.
