Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a professional RN CAP 2 for outpatient dialysis care in the United States. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for an assigned patient group, with delegation to direct care staff as needed.

As part of the ESKD health care team, you will participate in teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities while ensuring policy compliance and safe dialysis delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current statelicensure in the applicable state.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing patient data collection and adjust care plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and patient care technicians.
• Provide patient/family education on dialysis and treatment options.
• Direct safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy for assigned patients.
• Participate in education and quality improvement activities at the facility.
