Fresenius Medical Care in the United States is seeking an experienced RN for the Outpatient RN CAP 2 role within the Clinical Advancement Program. The position focuses on coordinated care, assessment, planning, and evaluation for an assigned patient group in a hemodialysis setting.

The RN CAP 2 may supervise staff, provide education to patients and families, administer medications, participate in quality improvement, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with active state licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Entry level RN with 2 years nephrology nursing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under supervision.
• Coordinate and delegate to RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians as needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Provide patient/family education and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Lead and mentor new staff as Team Leader when assigned.
