Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level professional registered nurse to join the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP 1) in outpatient dialysis care. You will assess patients, plan care, coordinate interventions, and evaluate outcomes as part of the ESKD care team.

Responsibilities include documenting data, educating patients and families, administering medications, and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure safe hemodialysis delivery.

Qualifications

• RN with entry-level designation into CAP.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Lead and collaborate with Patient Care Technicians and LPNs/LVNs/RNs as assigned.
