Fresenius Medical Care in Georgia seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care during hemodialysis, assess and plan care, and collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians to ensure quality patient outcomes.

The role involves teaching patients and families, administering medications, and contributing to emergency responses while meeting CAP requirements for advancement.

Formación

• Entry-level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform systematic collection and analysis of patient data during hemodialysis and document in medical record; adjust care plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families on initial and ongoing care needs.
• Direct and provide safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy in collaboration with care staff.
• Administer medications as prescribed or per approved algorithms and document effectiveness.
• Initiate or assist with emergency response measures.
