Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet practice requirements in all states employed.
• Entry level RN with <2 years nephrology nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Document patient data pre, during, post treatment and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on learning needs and self-management.
• Direct and provide safe, effective patient care per modality procedures.
• Coordinate communication with dialysis providers and facility staff.
