Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 program in Columbus, OH. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group and participate in decision-making with the ESKD care team.

You will delegate tasks to care staff, document in the medical record, and contribute to teaching, leadership and quality improvement activities in a healthcare facility setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure to practice nursing.
• CPR/BLS certification and ability to meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for dialysis patients across the treatment cycle.
• Coordinate care with RNs, LPNs/LVNs and patient care techs.
• Document patient data, adjust care plans, and communicate with the team.
