Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Oregon seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient CAP 1 track, delivering and coordinating clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients under supervision.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations. CAP requirements must be completed to advance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis and document changes in the medical record.
• Educate patient and family on learning needs and treatment plan.
• Administer prescribed medications and document justification and effectiveness.
• Coordinate daily delivery of safe hemodialysis therapy with the care team.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in staff training and orientation.
