Responsibilities

• Performs all essential functions under supervision and with guidance from educators or leaders.
• Collects and analyzes patient data during the hemodialysis process and updates care plans.
• Educates patients and families about treatment and care plans.
• Administers medications as prescribed and participates in emergency response when needed.
• Collaborates with the health care team to ensure safe, effective dialysis delivery.
