You’ll coordinate care for an assigned patient group, perform assessments, plan interventions, document in the medical record and collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and technicians.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you’ll engage in teaching, leadership functions and quality improvement activities, with potential for CAP advancement after meeting

Qualifications

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years nephrology nursing experience.
• Current state nursing license and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Document in medical records and coordinate care with team.
• Administer medications per protocol and monitor patient responses.
• Provide education to patients and families and participate in quality improvement.
