Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the United States is seeking an entry-level Outpatient RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate nursing care, assess patients, plan and evaluate treatment, and collaborate with the care team in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state RN licensure.
• Current or successful completion of BLS/CPR certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Document patient data, adjust treatment plan, and inform Team Leader or Physician as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and options.
