Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP 1) to coordinate and provide dialysis care for an assigned patient group. You will participate in learning, teach and support the care team within the ESKD unit.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, document in the EMR, and collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and technicians. This role emphasizes safety, education, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Entry level RN CAP 1 designation in CAP program.
• RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program and state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for dialysis patients.
• Document patient data and treatment plans in medical records.
• Coordinate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians to deliver safe hemodialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effectiveness.
• Provide education to patients and families and participate in team training.
