Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry‑level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 track. This role advances into the Clinical Advancement Program, providing and coordinating clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients during hemodialysis.

You will perform nursing assessments, document care plans, educate patients and families, administer medications, and respond to emergencies as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Entry-level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
• Current state RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data during hemodialysis and document in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and options.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effectiveness.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure safe and effective delivery of therapy.
