Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care offers an entry-level RN CAP 1 position within the Clinical Advancement Program, focusing on the provision and coordination of dialysis care for assigned patients. The role supports teaching, leadership, and quality improvement within the ESKD care team.

The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, and delegate tasks to care staff while maintaining patient safety and education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and state licensure.
• Current CPR BLS Certification.
• RN with at least 9 months experience; 3 months in dialysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for dialysis patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Administer medications per protocol and ensure safe delivery of therapy.
• Educate patients and families on disease and treatment options.
