Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level registered nurse for our Outpatient CAP1 program. You will assess, plan, and coordinate care for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis, under supervision of a Nurse Leader and Clinical Educator.

As part of the ESKD health care team, you will contribute to education, quality improvement, and patient outcomes while adhering to policy and regulatory standards. This role requires readiness to grow through CAP requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 9 months RN experience.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and active RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data before, during and after hemodialysis and document in the medical record.
• Assess and educate patients and families on learning needs.
• Deliver safe, effective hemodialysis care and collaborate with care team.
