Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP track. This role delivers coordinated care during hemodialysis, assesses patients, and participates in the CAP's education/leadership activities.

As part of the ESKD care team, you’ll work under supervision, attend ongoing learning, and develop skills to advance through CAP requirements while ensuring safe, effective dialysis delivery.

Qualifications

• RN with <2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
• Must hold current state licensure and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care for an assigned patient group during hemodialysis.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with the team.
• Administer medications per protocol and document effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and supervise support staff.

Skills

Nephrology Nursing (entry level)

Hemodialysis experience (preferred)

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

State nursing license

CPR BLS Certification
