Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Outpatient Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, participate in decision-making, teaching, and quality improvement, and delegate tasks to RNs, LVN/LPNs, and patient care technicians as needed.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will contribute to education, planning, and evaluation while aligning with Fresenius Kidney Care

Qualifications

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years in nephrology nursing.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
• Current state RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential nursing functions under supervision.
• Collect, analyze and document patient data during hemodialysis sessions.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment options.
• Deliver safe, effective hemodialysis therapy with the care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document justification.
• Support emergency response measures and ongoing staff training.
