Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Outpatient Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hemodialysis care for assigned patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in coordination with the team.
• Delegate tasks to direct care staff under supervision.
• Document data in the patient medical record accurately.
• Participate in staff training and quality improvement activities.
