Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level RN to join its Outpatient CAP 1 track, focusing on nephrology care and dialysis. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an assigned patient group within the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) team.

The role involves collaboration with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and patient care technicians, with opportunities for growth through the Clinical Advancement Program. A valid nursing license and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data during dialysis and adjust care plan.
• Educate patients and families on care and treatment options.
• Administer medications per protocol and monitor effectiveness.
• Coordinate with care team to deliver safe hemodialysis.
• Assist with emergencies and mentor new staff.
