Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks a licensed clinician or licensure candidate to provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic support across residential and community settings. You will screen, enroll, and develop individualized plans using person-centered, evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Services field
• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts or licensed eligible with LCSW/LADCI/LMHC timelines (as applicable)
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care coordination partners, healthcare providers, community agencies, and stakeholders to ensure integrated support.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations to strengthen the agency’s network.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions, facilitate support groups, and lead treatment planning meetings with individuals served.
• Provide clinical consultation, guidance, and training to the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and critical incident review, including potential on-site response.
