Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a licensed clinician (or licensure candidate) to provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic support across residential and community-based settings. The clinician will perform screenings, intake, and ongoing assessments to tailor individualized plans using evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Services field is required.
• Licensure as LCSW within 6 months of hire, LADCI within 1 year, LMHC within 2 years.
• Professional clinical work with crisis intervention and residential settings is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care coordination partners and community providers to ensure integrated support.
• Develop partnerships with community-based organizations to strengthen supports.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions, facilitate support groups, and lead treatment planning meetings.
• Provide clinical consultation and training to the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident review, including potential on-site response.
