Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a licensed clinician or candidate in progress to provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic support across residential and community-based settings. You will screen, enroll, and assess individuals using person-centered planning and evidence-based practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with care partners, ongoing counseling, and development of individualized plans. Strong licensure progress and driver’s license are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Services field required.
• LCSW/LADCI/LMHC licensure or licensure eligible with defined timelines.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Experience in crisis intervention and residential settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care coordination partners and other stakeholders for integrated support.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations to strengthen supports.
• Conduct individual counseling, facilitate groups, and lead treatment planning meetings.
• Provide clinical consultation and training to the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and critical incident review, including on-site response if needed.
