Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed clinician or licensure-eligible professional to join our recovery-focused team. The Clinician will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and collaborate with care partners across residential, community-based, and supportive settings.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, crisis intervention experience, strong documentation, and on-call participation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Services field, required.
• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts or licensed eligible with the following criteria: LCSW - license within 6 months; LADCI - within 1 year; LMHC - within 2 years.
• Previous professional clinical work with experience in crisis intervention and residential work highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record, required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care coordination partners, healthcare providers, community agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure individuals receive comprehensive, integrated support.
• Develop and maintain productive partnerships with community-based organizations and service providers to strengthen the agency's network of supports and resources.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions, facilitate support groups, and lead treatment planning meetings with individuals served.
• Provide clinical consultation, guidance, and training to members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and critical incident review process, including potential on-site response when needed.
