Open Sky Community Services Inc. is seeking a licensed clinician or licensure-eligible professional to join our multidisciplinary team in Massachusetts. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide therapeutic support across residential and community-based settings.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, collaboration with care partners, and ongoing evaluation of client progress, with a focus on recovery-oriented practices and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Services field is required.
• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts or licensed eligible with time-bound criteria: LCSW, LADCI, LMHC.
• Experience in crisis intervention and residential settings is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic support across multiple settings.
• Complete screening, intake, and enrollment activities as required.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using person-centered planning.
• Collaborate with care coordination partners and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support.
