Piedmont Heart Institute Physicians in Marietta, GA is seeking a Front Office Scheduler to greet patients, answer the main phone line, and coordinate scheduling for clinic visits and ancillary procedures. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service and accurate triage of caller questions.

Responsibilities include scheduling, check-out support, and coverage for other Front Office positions as directed by supervision. Prior experience in healthcare settings and NextGen system is preferred.

Formación

• Education: H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as a customer service representative, scheduler, or closely related position is required, preferably in healthcare.
• Telephone, scheduling and physician practice experience preferred.
• NextGen experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients and answers the main telephone line, providing a positive first impression.
• Triages caller questions and directs to the appropriate PHI staff.
• Schedules clinic appointments and ancillary procedures.
• May support check-out or Call Center scheduling and provides coverage for other Front Office positions.
